Helpful exercises, quick access

I bought the pelvic floor exercises program. It was easy to purchase and access. The content was clear. I found the exercises effective for my needs. Simple and direct.

Good workout, easy to use

I tried the 12-minute prenatal workouts last month, just on the app. It was super easy to follow along, even when I was feeling tired. The videos were clear and the instructor was nice. It definitely helped me stay active during my second trimester.

Love the postpartum recovery!

Oh my gosh, the postpartum recovery program is amazing! I just finished my first week and I already feel a difference with my core. It's exactly what I needed after my little one arrived. The exercises are gentle but effective. I'm telling all my new mom friends about this!

Comprehensive C-Section recovery

I signed up for the c-section recovery guide and found it very helpful. The purchase process on the website was straightforward. I received an email with access instructions almost immediately. The guide itself covers different stages of recovery, with clear video demonstrations for each exercise. I appreciated the advice on scar massage and gentle movements. The customer support answered a question I had about program duration within a day. Overall, a well-structured and supportive resource.

Always reliable programs

I've been using PregActive since my first pregnancy. This time I got the postnatal pilates program, and it's just as good as their other stuff. I like that I know what to expect with the quality of the videos and the safe movements. It's why I keep coming back.
